Service Description
This reservation holds your family’s spot for the Winter Wonderland: Pictures & Pages event during the 5:00–6:00 PM time block. During your hour, children will enjoy a live holiday story reading, simple winter crafts, and cozy treats, while families are invited into the gym space for optional keepsake portraits at a relaxed pace. Admission is free. Photos are optional and purchased separately after your session. Each time block is gently capped to keep the experience calm and unrushed.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you’re no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible so another family can take that spot. Because space is limited in each time block, repeated no-shows may affect the ability to reserve future special events. Thank you for helping us keep this a smooth and happy experience for everyone.
